RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What the hell is going on with the cat? The majority of shares voted are likely owned, or are given proxy to, BoD members present. Also, I know that the vast majority if my shares are held in a discount trading account held by my bank and I must request voting rights to be given to me prior to the AGM. SBM only sees them as my bank and not my personal name so they cannot be directly traced to me without inquiry. Howie et al likely only see one of my tiny TFSA holdings and not the RRSP or margin accounts. Next year I will trasfer a couple more million shares to my voting rights and vote appropriately. My challenge is for others to do the same so the real volume of shares against Howie can be properly recorded.
