You need a wake up call on this one.

grabbing bonus money for doing what we pay him to do without any real transparency on what the value of the deal is smells of typical Vancouver Scam Exchange. It takes nerve to take that money when years before he was taking hard earned money from loyal shareholders. VancouverPigs at the money trough. Imagine the bonus they'll give themselves if they get lucky and get another upfront payment?
