We lost 1/2 our share price since launch..

and howie wants to continue with the same process for all our molecules?  At this ratw, half life decay should place us back to a dime with the next deal

They better be crazy busy behind the scenses closing deals and getting contracts finalized cause all this silence is beating the heck out of the shareprice.  Every forecast they make they miss by months and years - complete insanity.    If they don't deliver something major by the end of July like their "anticipated" milestone list items Howard should be booted to the ...more

No WE.    It's all due to bozo mgmt.
Comment by forhandlaren on Jun 14, 2021 2:16pm
I beg to somewhat differ - the initial decline from 56 cents was because of bozo german investors that expected R+F news at CET time in the morning. Disappointed of not getting any NR they started to sell.  Nevertheless, the management is not hungry enough to nail deals in time, they like to recognize themselves as victims of the game but could and should step up. Howard wants the partner to ...more

I think the problem is NR's are not stand alone documents. They leave out details that should be reiterated instead of relying on readers being aware of all past disclosures. In the March NR about the R+F launch there were no details on how Sirona was to benefit. Readers probably assumed a standard licensing arrangement was in place. It is only later that readers became aware of the lousy deal ...more

So many details were not released, many investors prior to launch were projecting 100ml tubes of skin lightener, thereby using 2g per tube. Instead we only see a 15 ml tube of targeted application on dark spots only, thats only .3 mg per tube! a little more that 15% of what was assumed to be the contents, hence 15% of the revenue projections. Sirona only gets $2.40/tube royalty on a $66 tube of ...more

0.2% x 15 ml = 0.03 mg.      0.03 mg x $8000 US per kg => $0.00024 US per tube?

8000 USD / kg   1 kg = 10.000 consumer units 50 ml (does anyone have the source? I can only remember it)   = 0,8 USD 50 ml tube   = 0,24 USD 15 ml tube   minimum of 10 kg per year = 100.000 tubes 50 ml = 333.333 tubes 15 ml x 0.24 USD = 80.000 USD __________________________________________________________ Manufacturing and Supply Agreement with Rodan & Fields, LLC (“R ...more

And another f$$k up calculation!!!
Comment by biorun on Jun 14, 2021 11:44pm
Price of hydroquinone on open market ranges from $8 to upwards of $100 USD per kilogram Price of TFC-1067 is $8000 USD per kilogram or between 1000 and 80 times greater. Gram per gram comparison, I think that is worth noting. That is a value proposition, objectively. Don't be fussed over this Rodan agreement right now and the small applicator tubes. That is just a ploy to get more sales ...more

May 22/19 - Sirona anticipates the need for multiple kilogram production of TFC-1067 in the short term and is therefore taking this necessary intermediate step. Sirona will then proceed to manufacture an inventory of TFC-1067 of up to 20 kilograms to be ready for anticipated orders. Due to the high potency of the compound, each kilogram will supply Sirona's active skin lightening ingredient to ...more

What a f$$k up calculation you are making!!!!! You can not figure out how much of the 15 ml is of the 0.2% compound!!!!
Comment by MirrorWorldMan on Jun 15, 2021 12:29am
My mistake, I was using 2% and not .2%. We are only getting 24 cents a tube and R+F is selling it for $66 a tube?  1067 is the active ingredient and the only reason in works so well and we are getting a quarter per tube? way to go Howie, be proud of that deal..
Comment by Crazydan on Jun 15, 2021 12:39am
You are making a fool out of yourself!!!
Comment by lscfa on Jun 15, 2021 7:11am
My error.    1 ml = 1000 mg (not 1 ml = 1 mg) so $0.24 per tube.

Didn't the head pig pay themselves bonuses for the great dael the struck with R&F. I doubt the royalty paid even comes close to what they paid out to themselves. Want your money, get your money, keep ypour money...pigs at work.
