They will sell, and the same will buy back. I am not pumping, its just what happens. If they are looking at a pretty interesting deal in the near term, in terms of a hard announcement, then the focus is really there for investors that don't play the up and down every second of the day.
Comment by Tyromp on Dec 14, 2021 7:57pm
How imminent is the question, and whether it arrives at all
Comment by MirrorWorldMan on Dec 15, 2021 11:01am
There is nothing Howie can say anymore in any investor video or update that will recover any shareholder value at this stage. His credibility is gone. Only numbers can help company now.  Why won't this useless part time CEO step down, does he really think he is any good at business?

Free money!!!!!!!
Comment by BurningMoney5 on Dec 15, 2021 11:53am
we all know that Biorun is part of the Sirona family and the account will be deleted soon as the same happened with the Wexworth account. Look on Faceboo.k how good Howard has invested our money?! A big house with a lot of activities he is doing. He is so relaxed. He enjoys his life with stupid German Money !!!

Every time the obvious is starring people in the face and I share my views, lots of horse power to discredit here. Use it people to buy at cheap prices if that works for everyone.  Bottom line, take the emotional aspects and your howie this howie that out of the equation and just look at this for what it is: 1) the company remains on track to the very best of everyone's knowledge to ...more

As much as I liike to see your positivity here instead of all the doom and gloom, just one question. You say that there are no credible sources to discredit the Top 10 pharma deal. But can you provide credible sources that there is even a Top 10 pharma deal. Because if Howard is the source you call credible, well, even I will have to question the credibility of your posts. No sane person would ...more

I would say that what you say is 100% the issue and opportunity here. This is why we are at 15-16 cents. Ask yourself the question if Howard was not Howard and instead someone else like a regular qualified reputable exec willing to lead a small biotech into big tech space. Would you invest in Sirona with its current pipelines and ongoing partnerships work or would you pause. Does this speak to ...more

From a time line point of view, in looking at SBM's past history, by the time they get an antiviral to the market stage no one will likely remember covid or delta or omicron and many of us will likely not be on this side of the grass. Not sure it is a factor to decide your investment on.
Comment by biorun on Dec 15, 2021 3:30pm
Anti-viral won't bring revenue in right away, well maybe, but the value would be if a partner was interested to bring it through clinical process, especially if it was a big firm with recognition, would certainly bring a significant amount of investment attention as investors, especially outside ones who know nothing of Sirona at this time: Firm X goes head to head with Merck and Pfizer. It ...more

Another stupid statement , SBM can't even partner for tfc1067.
Comment by biorun on Dec 15, 2021 4:59pm
Well if Mr. Verrico does the deal, I would like to see you kiss his boots for that one. I am sure he could arrange a photo op for the Sirona website. Are you in smart a$$? Although like the other two big advances, its people like you who clam right up. I bet we won't hear a peep from you and the gallery of tomato throwers.

In addition to all change of control payments under the Verrico Agreement, if the change of control results in a buyout, on the closing of the buyout, Dr. Verrico will receive a cash bonus equal to 1.4% of the transaction value of the buyout. A “buyout” means (i) the acquisition by any person or group acting in concert which totals for the first time 66.67% of the outstanding Shares of the Company ...more

fair enough, yet howie thinking of a buy out just validates his ignorance. he needs to build value first and that cannot happen with him on the management team

"Empagliflozin (developed by Boehringer Ingelheim and Eli Lilly) failed to uphold patent protection in China, which created a generic environment for SGLT2 inhibitors." Is this more on the intellectual property theft angle in China? Never be happy when your company announces they are going to do business in China. Do they still have 1067 expectations in China? Is this Howie's ...more

They better have some better news in the wings to go shortly or the share price could easily slide to single digits. So the clinical trial has stopped- does that strand their compound in no mans land?  Takes them 7 years to do the trial  and then they waited so long it is now a generic.  Howard can't make the right move ever....... they should literally start doing the opposite ...more

Merry freaking Christmas. Howard delivers lump of coal. Who the hell voted for this schmuck?
Comment by Pandora on Dec 13, 2021 10:42am
If nothing else I presume it will trigger a truckload of tax loss selling - for those that have not already done so. That old saying -- "Why wait for spring, do it now!"
Comment by lscfa on Dec 13, 2021 11:03am
SOBs saved the bad news until after AGM vote.
Comment by MirrorWorldMan on Dec 13, 2021 11:26am
Empagliflozin was in the final phases of generic bidding under China VBP program back in February. Again, Howie didn't do his homework and appears as a fool. Every CEO needs market environment intelligence of potential issues and threats prior to making deals. Any real full time CEO with a BComm knows that. Fire the loser
