The trading is similar to DKNG and PENN

I would like to point out that the Institutional ownership of PENN is just over 90% and 50% for DKNG. SCR was under 4% prior to the IPO for the NASDAQ and last report from Morningstar was just over 4.5%. IMO the IPO was funded by the main participants shorting the Stock before and using the IPO to cover (that's why the increase in shares at a lower price. IMO the level JL wanted to price the IPO at was too close to the average cost of the shorts so the compromise, more shares at a lower price. The final value was the same). Further IMO again, the companies are trying to shake out shares at these lower prices using proceeds from the IPO. They did the same when VMD was listed. There was no IPO then so all shares had to come from retail. Instituions currently own 44% of VMD according to the last report. The good thing about being listed on the  NASDAQ is all this info will be easier to find. There should be updated info by the end of the Month. GLTA
