Have a look at SEDAR then.  There's a minimum period between announcing the special meeting and holding the meeting.  The company announced on 18 July for 20 Sept, then 24 Aug for 12 Oct ...more

Not heard a thing and I would assume that the resumption of trading and consolidation would be done at the same time.  Year end was end of August so hopefully we'll hear something soon on ...more

anybody hear anything, when this starts trading again it should trade around 6 cents since they plan on issuing shares to wesa at 66 cents after a 1 for 10 consolidation

SET builds water and wastewater plants.  WESA is consulting in environmental.  CLI does high tech small bore sewage pipelines.  They are all complementary.  These companies ...more

Just took a look at Clearford website.  Very interesting technology.  Innovative and green.  Would be a good fit with Seprotech and WESA if not on a merger arrangement but at least on a ...more
