seems like a good deal for set holders, they have to issue 14 million shares to wesa at a price of 66 cents after a 10 for 1 share consolidation which means they are giving a value of 6.6 cents to the

Call me an optimist but I'm betting against bankruptcy. Revenue is up significantly although the losses are only marginally lower.....doesn't seem like a catastrophe. Most probably dilution

There has been no volume for months. Must be dilution or bacnkrupt or director leaving. Market cap is 2 mil so a buyout would be ridiculous jmo
