Looks like Marshall is grooming this to be another ZEN and possible sale to GE in a couple of years.  SET was not trading much anyway so not much has changed.   I do not know why they are doing a 10:1.   There will be no liquidity when it starts trading again.  And what happens if SET lands a large contract while halted?   A lot can change in 6 months.
