RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:S7 Announces Concurrent Private Placement of $4 MillionI agree with previous poster that Canaccord would have simply excercised their overallotment and/or increased the size of the bought deal. Why a concurrent PP? Did they underprice...yes AKA they had no leverage plus they had to sweeten with a warrant. Must really need to shore up cash for next ramp up, R & D and product roll-out. All good things but feels like a down round and just more dillution short-term. I've been here for years, bought and sold, won and loss. I hold a core position. It's a winner for the patient only. I'm patient and looking for 0.75-0.80 EOY. Warrants get forced at 0.85 if they average there for 15 trading days. That would be nice but I am very skeptical they can achieve that in 2017...but it would be a pleasant surprise. GLTA
