Just aking, all good! Often in these kind of deals, shareholders of record at a particular time often get the right to participate under the exact same terms andagreement. Sometimes, in the investment game investors win or lose, shareholdrers should always have the rifgt to participate. I don't know good or bad; just shareholder's rights. If they believe, then why not allow other believers to participate. I do not know if this kind of greed is good or bad. I do know it is comittment, good or bad! People, in all walks of life are somtimes greedy. Sometimes is the good for all! The right to participate would have been the right PR call at the minimum. An entity had the belief to step up! In my book, Not alll bad!
