When does 100/1 R/S get implemented?

When does 100/1 R/S get implemented?Flipping this for .005 has proved very lucrative.. Scared to try this now with R/S looming.  CEO keeps statng over and over for years that he has massive sales in his back pocket.  Is it true this   time?  Is the self-acknowledged great and brilliant IP man still driving posters away.  Will that help the SP of the millions of shares he is holding?
