As at August 31, 2022, the Eligible Institutional Investor, together with the joint actor identified in item 10 below, has ownership and/or control or direction over a total of 4,454,565 common shares and 666,667 warrants and 1,531 convertible debentures of the Reporting Issuer representing approximately 13.24% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Reporting Issuer. In the event that all of the warrants were exercised and convertible debentures converted, the common shares controlled by the Eligible Institutional Investor would represent approximately 18.42% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Reporting Issuer.
