RE:RE:Is it a super dealWell in the end the "shareholders" decide. And there is not a few parties, which hold a large share of the company and that you could "buy" to accept the offer. For me it is still an open quesion if management's performance was bad enough last year to convince the majority of the shareholder to accept the offer. It almost appears as if they tried though...
