SIC "Drilling has been temporarily suspended".....?

SIC "Drilling has been temporarily suspended".....?
On the "Management Profiles" page of SIC's website, there is a quote shown from CEO Timothy Froude which states:

"Drilling has been temporarily suspended and is expected to resume in mid-to-late May with two drills onsite, and a third drill expected in early June.

Questions for those much more familiar with SIC and Newfoundland geography and weather than I am:

1) When was the drillling suspended?

2) Is the suspension of drilling common amongst all junior gold exploration companies in Central Newfoundland, and did all other companies in fact experience similar suspensions over a similar time frame?

3) Does this suspension occur every year, and if so, what is the typical period of suspension from start to resumption of drilliing?

4) Is this part of the reason why SIC has only produced one assay results press release since February 23 (i.e., April 28), or is it due to long delays in getting assay results back from the lab(s) they use to conduct the assays, or both, and/or other factors.....?
