As for the "barge work" they are referring to mounting a drill machine onto the barge so that they can drill into the ore body while sitting on the lake/pond etc. This enables the drill to approach the mineralized zone from a better angle which hopefully will results in longer strike lengths etc. It also enables drilling to continue through the wet seasons as the barge is not affected by muddy terrain and it can simply shuffle along the desired drill corridor,
