Drilling is suspended due to soft surfce conditions. The roads need to dry out before any heavy equipment can travel on them and the drilling surface is also wet and likely mushy. Drilling must stop for spring breakup and road bans. This does not surprise me.

Holy Mackeral guys don't you know anthing? It is the spring runoff. You cannot work as everything is a big mudbowel. Happens in the oil industry a lot and the worst is when you get stuck on the wrong side of the river when it comes quickly. Depends on the temp and amount of runoff. In Alberta 2 to 6 weeks. IKE

Yes Ike, I live in Alberta and yes 2 to 6 weeks depending on location.

Holly relax! I didn't say the delay was bad. I thought it was more interesting about the new main eastern trend and thought the delay may be related to that.... good grief...
