That is alot of land

I thought this was a re-post of last weeks news at first, until I looked at my inbox.

150,000 equals 579 sq miles
THat is a lot of land!!!
So, obviously this builds a ton of shareholder value, LONG_TERM-----
this is not a get rich quick company. If one is ok with that, stay in.
Personally, I will be
There will certainly be day-traders who will not do this. THat is ok.
I suspect ES is building for posterity. I am ok with that too.

Yes. 150,000 hectacres = 1500 Square KM. That is large. My questions to Tim:  1. You have acquired several land packages recently, Fleurs 100% and now all the JV's with Benton, which is the next priority after or alongside Moosehead? 2. Are you concerned that we may be stretching ourselves a bit thin in terms of exploration dollars? (personally I think tim knows Moosehead is a winner ...more

Agree whole heartedly BC ....thought we were thin already with last Benton. Are we land barons? Are we bigger than Exploits which in my opinion has a  lot of barren land.  Hope they know the geology. For the type of guy Tim is  someone has gotta be influencing him and hopefully in the right direction. As Desi Arnez Junior used to say "Lucy you got some explaining to do" ...more

How much land do we need? Before this I felt we had more than enough land to keep us busy for years. What are we doing? Regardless we will need more manpower to develop all this.  Still cannot believe this but maybe just happening to fast for my blood. IKE

I think ..Tim, (and ES) rightly or wrongly think the whole island of NL is golden. I think,,Tim (and ES) thinks or knows there is at least one Fosterville here. I think ...Tim (and ES) think they're covering all the bases here that's available I think,,,Tim(and ES)..thinks they can joint venture any or all their properties when the gold rush starts.  I think Sic stock holders will ...more

While this is Newfoundland, and there is gold everywhere apparently, and while this is an amazing amount of land , gosh, I can see mining for centuries here. When one looks at step out drilling of 10 meters,  at 150000 hectacres, the company will be drilling and mining for decades..... I apprecaite Benton being involved. My question, outside of obvious long term shareholder value, where do ...more

This company has serious potential but the price lags big time....

One other question to add to my previous is the following: Does it makes sense to spinout one or more of these other properties to a new company? To me it does makes sense. SIC cannot explore all of these land packages. A spinout of shares to existing shareholders along with a financing (say 1 share for each 4 held plus a $5M financing). Raising that amount of money or more is easy now. Tim could ...more

The main focus should be Mooshead... Too many irons in the fire  and you put out the fire...JMHO

This is why this is a must listen news conference. There is ALOT going on, all of it VERY exciting, but lots of questions for sure I suspect, there will be many answers too

Agree stockwatcher.   Another question:  Tim, do you think you are sending mixed messages to the market with all these land acquisitions in terms of keeping the focus on Moosehead? We are going to need to continue drilling there after the current 50,000 metre program, so not sure how this all meshes together?  BC
Comment by CountOfMeltedCrisco on May 27, 2021 3:15pm
Tim is taking a page from Quinton's Playbook and using the same strategy Q used to tie up massive acreage out in the Pilbara of Western Australia once he realised he'd found Witwatersrand 2.0   "Start staking and don't stop until I stop sending you money".

Again people are jumping in the air and are giving thumb up to hyping Who will pay all these drilling ? Moosehead will need additionall drilling and that means more cash - dilution  Seems that Tim doesnt have problem with dilution, how much he earn per year ? Latest PP at 0.26 .... next must be at 2, but will it be  How much dilution for other projects ? Tim has good job, its his life ...more

YOu miss the point. People jumping up and down? Did you read the posts and concerns raised this morning including by me? The cost of holding these properties divided by two is minimal. They are not going to go full board into drilling. Airborne surveys, till sampling etc. to scope them out. Lots of options in the future on how to proceed. I think for now they wanted to secure these properties ...more

BC maybe Tim just wanted to kill the gold rush. You can't run to Newfoundland in a gold rush if  Exploits and Sokoman have over half the rock. May have snuffed any more newbies showing  with a couple of acres saying they have the  next Fosterville.  So many ways they can run this sucker but it is so big it scares me. IKE
Comment by BlueChipper2020 on May 27, 2021 11:13am
One thing we should remember, is Tim knows Newfoundland like the back of his hand. He has a great track record at finding gold there and you can bet he grabbed these land packages because they are available now for the taking. Tim has a good track record of getting SIC to this stage, so I for now give him the benefit of any doubts until the webcast. There are a lot of ways to deal with the ...more

Agreed BC Tim had his hand in Valentine. I really hope Peter Dimmel is there today. A lot of geos know a lot of the rocks in the area and just do not know how to articulate it well like them. IKE
