Could some straighten

me out on what is going on at NFLD. The board there seems to be less informed.

The ex-ceo still sits on the board of directors and there new director is a mediator.

So many cross currents with Crest....what are we to trust there. 

Is their drilling still on track and did they really procure a drill....IKE

I can straighten things out for you Ike, as I formerly owned some shares in Crest. Basically the company awarded productivity bonuses to both certain company employees and director. These awards amounted to over 52% of their net share holdings of other companies (a significant portion of nfld) and millions of shares of Crest stock. All in all, over 11 million was awarded out of assets barely worth ...more

thanx but in the confluence how does this effect NFLD? He is still a director there  and did the new temp. CEO have any dealings with him at Crest? What other  directors at NFLD had anything to do with Crest? Just would rather have him or any shady friend not in any company I invest.  Why did he step down and who had say and what further governance do they  have to prevent ...more

Still remaining on BOD for Nfld speaks volumes. Colins was forced to step down as a means of damage control. Too late Imo. Careful out there.....these weasels run pretty tight circles. Best S
