With stock options and warrants Tim has somewhere around 4 million shares, please get your information correct, obvioulsy you did not get an Annual report.  Quite obvious you are a junior investor, fresh to the market.

4 million shares I think is well invested -  Hey Junior - do your homework - don't go spreading untruths when your not informed!

He's proud of his alias name but it should be alwayswrong not long. And yes tim got options at very low exercise prices. But not after the fact! That was the price of the stock when the options were granted. If he exercised before he has to it is not "smart" as alwayswrong suggests because he'll have to pay taxes same year. Options that are that deep in the money get exercised ...more
