Rockport Sort of weird that you say Victoria will be in the drivers seat to buy out Sitka down the line.  As it stands, it remains to be seen if Victoria exists down the line lol.

This could work out, but it is a very high risk move by Sitka.  The cash terms are extremely taxing for a $45 million market cap company; it is giving away about 5% of the company a year for ...more

Would Vic Gold aquire a major stake in Sitka if they did not see significant potential.  IMO a major plus event.
