Someone Poke It

Waiting for this to get acquired is literally watching paint dry. M&A picking up in the Permian and Energy sector broadly.

Only 2 ways this is going to end. Save it by takeover or face bankruptcy. Managements track record on this is dismal

almost half a milli EBITDA per Q or $2M annualized while running at a fraction of capacity. This has the ability to scale into a cash printer. We are nearly 7 months delayed on data - let's see what happens. I appreciate differing opinions from my own that challenge my investment thesis, but what you said is non-sensical. Could you expand on how you see insolvency in a company that is well ...more

Not my thesis. right out of the sedar filing this ominous statement "The Company’s continuation as a going concern is dependent upon achieving higher levels of sales and gross margin to maintain profitable operations and generate funds therefrom and/or raising equity capital or borrowings sufficient to meet current and future obligations. These factors indicate the ...more

Fair question - nothing changed my mind.  I hold nearly a million shares, so the aforementioned 50k shares that I bought and sold were not material to my overal position here and should not be used to glean any insight on my thoughts with respect to the company. As noted, I picked up the shares very cheap, then after seeing the tragic guidance provided in Q3 earnings, I knew we were going ...more

Eeehhh, big stack!    sns is a stupidly large percentage of my portfolio... around 3% of the company SMH.  Diamond hands baby, moonshot let's go.

no worries , we are all in the same boat. We all know what max run rate of 150000 tons/ quarter will yield. It always is far far off. We certainly will find out tomorrow night as to what company status is. Good luck to us all
