Regarding the second option you mention (selling the shell company and not Sonoro outright), do you seriously want any of the profits that come from years of ups and downs to roll back to management to pursue chasing the Budong (1) on that lease after being blindsided / punted out, and (2) now in a totally different oil climate where oil majors are walking away from exploration leases, and oil is a fraction of the value it was when the Budong was initially explored? I can't imagine if a new investment opportunity came up like this that any of us would be interested at all.
