Copper... FORESURE everyone especially longs are frustrated. Not sure how to fix a uncooperative partner with own agenda other then oil and success...very difficult when they are the money bag holder so diplomacy required. On that note perhaps Menara disinterest or incompetence is finally over by being bought out and replaced or our interest bought out....im hoping the latter. Let's keep in

On this note : Management if your listening... How well a company is being run and managed is reflected in its SP and growth.... We are at the same SP we were at 4 yrs ago!... This speaks volumes. Please be better and work harder for shareholders incl better and more communications. Everything is far to covert and stealth

Good point, what has he done we have not heard from him at all in the last couple years is it just a ceremonial position?

There's a lot that seems ceremonial here and a lot of shareholders are about done, myself included. My hope is we or partner get bought out and that is what management is focusing on by getting reserves done and with the Series presentation they have put together. I own a lot of shares as many do and if I don't see some major move by management soon, my money is better off elsewhere.

Could not agree more. There have been many shareholders that have been here for 4+ yrs with little to show for it other then some additional grey hairs from waiting with little updates. Seems managment is finally trying to take some control and commission the reserves, by let's not stop there. It's time for management to finally repay many of their shareholders dedecation to the company

Regarding the second option you mention (selling the shell company and not Sonoro outright), do you seriously want any of the profits that come from years of ups and downs to roll back to management to pursue chasing the Budong (1) on that lease after being blindsided / punted out, and (2) now in a totally different oil climate where oil majors are walking away from exploration leases, and oil is

This is soooo accurate and bang on Georgia!!  I think Sly is implying if a complete Buyout of Sonoro for cash is not done with these reports this is an option

Spot on Copper, preference would fully go to a complete corporate buyout (ideally after a signed JOA, but not holding my breath on that one since we haven't been able to agree on it in over 1yr now). The only reason I stated the second as an option is if we cannot find someone to fully buy us out, and that they only want to buyout the underlying asset of Selat. The only reason I bring up the

Got it -- yeah, not preferable, though I get it would be progress after watching paint dry. For me, a sale of the only asset while keeping the management on payroll to go on the hunt for new opportunities might be one of the worst courses of action and most likely to see this end in lawsuits against the directors / officers / company.

I think that Hamoudi is only refering to the last NR and timeline manegment made so your credibilty  issue should be with manegment Copper .  RISC has previously produced NI 51-101 compliant reports for other TSX listed companies. RISC is presently working on the report with an expectation for completion of a draft report in October and finalization shortly thereafter.

No offence, this reserve report better be being used as a plus to buy us out because I don't see it being released to us. You and I better pray they are using it to get a buyer as it's going to have great numbers, but as for us moving forward? A buyout is everyone's answer right

I agree Love a buyout would be good but there will remain other options after the value of the reserve report is unlocked . 49% , 3rd partner and control , SNV gets JOA and moves forward to secure sh value thru reopening  capped wells drilling new wells and even oil prices rising. Lots of moving parts and I like to keep an open mind on these options . To be the proverbial fly on the wall at
