Is it common that a partner could exit a deal that easily? Ie. If one deadline was missed ? I don't work in the oil and gas space but in my industry it would take more then that for a partner to be able to terminate a relationship. Especially since Snv has invested into this opportunity already. 


once again, I'm not well versed in oil and gas dealings but curious if this is the norm
