Rick interview 2023-11-20 If you listen to that video from 3:45 to 5:00 Richard say that
"For a junior company looking at international opportunities, it's very important to show that we have production, we have success, we have technology that we can deploy."
But just a few second later talk about annoncing something before year end or early 2024 which, he certainly know make no sence in term of timeline.
So, like I previously said they are probably looking to sign an LOI/MOU (even if I don't like them) that will set the prerequisites for the deal to happen. (successfully drilling x number of well, demonstrating that they have increased oil recovery with that technology etc)
So I think they can still announce something anytime but that won't be te deal by itself but a LOI or a MOU.
