What's Coming

For What It's Worth - I have been advised by someone in communication with Management that there will be a small working capital financing soon which will then be followed by another share consolidation of possibly 10 for 1.

The reason is that the Company's working capital position is declining and also the Mexican Property requires substantial financing to continue forward.    The current share price and the total number of outstanding shares are not at a supportive level to complete a financing without serious drawbacks and potential future complications.

I was told sometime ago, by a Company VIP., that there would not be a share consolidation, in particular, since this stock  has already been consolidated. I take this person as his wordfor now.R !Bert

In its history, Soho Resources has been rolled back 3 or 4 times already.  When your total market cap is about $7.5 Million and you need many times that amount to put a longstanding high quality mining project in to production, share strategy is critical to keep this company a going concern.  I have heard many times  that a rollback will be necessary unless a suitable financing ...more

Gdubya - We'll soon see who's correct.Bert - Correct for the sake of being correct is not important to me, what is important is, if aperson goes back on his/her word. One's word is very important to me. R !
