Not sure how these small contracts will help. Float is too high for a small company like this. No one will be interested in this kind of market. Their technology has many use cases. May be they need to look into gaming (interest is growing high in online gaming) and see how to use it there for in game loyalty. I have 140k shares. Wouldnt mine a 1:10 consolidation to reduce the float.
