Under federal and provincial legislation minority shareholders can commence a claim against the company "in cases where the actions or omissions of the corporation or its management are oppressive, unfairly prejudicial or unfairly disregard the interests of the shareholder."

How are the interests of shareholders being regarded by this management? The evidence seems pretty clear that prolonging the payment of their own salaries  and bonuses for as long as possible is their ONLY interest.
