???,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Simply put, the last release (attached) on the Pino de Plata project remains effective.  We completed out airborne LiDAR survey to product detailed topographic maps to assist with drill positioning, and we continue our efforts through Mexican counsel in Hermosillo, Sonora, to contact and complete a landowner access agreement.  We have been negotiating for nearly two years to find common ground and have amended our approach several times to accommodate both sides, but have yet to reach agreement.  The landowner is contacted on a regular basis.  We remain positive that we will achieve a beneficial outcome and restart the exploration on this promising property.

There will be no drilling until the landowner agreement is finalized.  Once signed, we can be drilling within a month of notification.  Results would follow in 45-60 days from that point depending on assay lab turnaround.

Sincerely,

Greg
