If you go on Sugarbud Craft Growers website you will find the financials and management MD &A if you read the Grunewhal Acquisition you will see that the wording has changed to
Grunewhal whose subsidiary WAS A late stage applicant to become a licensed producer

here's a copy and paste from the original wording you can also find this on the internet

Grunewahl is a privately-owned company with its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary being a late stage applicant to become a licensed producer under Health Canada's Access to Cannabis
