RE: Re Financing should put a lid on the stock

RE: Re Financing should put a lid on the stockNo hidden motivations. I own some, bought it before the last announced PP. Have no desire to see it sell for lower. But...the number of shares is getting up there. The latest announced PP is at a low price. If the last three holes were that good, I would have thought they would have waited for assays and got a higher price. As far as the options, I own a number of companies' shares. They all do it. They should be rewarded. Yes, I'm assuming they will. Until the warrants are exercised, the options would be less than 10m. But they will still add up. The warrants can be at any price. If they really hit excellent grades on the three recent holes, the holders will probably still wait until the expiration date to exercise, maybe not. If management has the goods, you can consider the W & O as shares, eventually. For an example of a VMS orientated company with a good deposit with a low share price, see Yukon Zinc. Do you want to see 266m shares outstanding?
