We should take notice of this post because if what he says is true he is publically stating he (they) are manipulating stock prices - Please all forward a copy of that post to the OSC. 

With SXL all the clues are there as well - When you have a number of posters identifying a price target and a series of trades in the 1000 share range (60-70$ worth) working towards that price....  Well worth the OSC taking notice also
