Just got of the phone with James Hurren the CFO and asked how much longer they anticipated until the news release was released. The answer i got is that they have 2 days from the time of the halt under IIROC sanctions to have a news release out. Never heard of that before, but wont argue with what he said as he has much more knowledge of industry regulations then i do.
So we either have a news release by tomorrow morning, they ask for an extension (if that's possible) or they release no news at all (if what they were going to release fell through, which i doubt will happen) and the halt is lifted either way.
