BRR has nearly 200,000 oz of gold in place ; is near a 4 lane highway leading to Val d'Or (aptly named);has had $7,000,000 spent on it by Placer-Dome (now Barrick) and Wesdome when the price pf gold was around $350; now has excellent management;a 1000 ton/day mill is 30 minutes away (to become 2000 tons/day); has has its internal management problems resolved (that is why it dropped to this level); is 20% owned by funds;is located in the Abitibi Gold Belt that extends from N.Quebec across to N.Ontario ( the most prolific gold area with the most producing (or past);has 3 other properties in the area ( one that is adjacent to Cartier's potential silver find); can raise serious money readily; is a sister company to Northrn Star /NSM which just raised $17,000,000 to get closer to production with a property not far away. Oh, and it has hit 4oz gold ( over narrow widths which is typical of the area) on its Mackenzie Break Property, which they are drilling now. Now the story has to be told to a wider audience, which began recently as you can see with the high volume of trading. BRR wants to be in pre feasibility by this time next year.
