Tiger Int'l applies to acquire Akwatia mine in Ghana

AKWATIA DIAMOND MINE, GHANA
Tiger International Resources Inc. has applied for the acquisition and operatorship of the Akwatia diamond mine in Ghana.
The Akwatia Diamond Mine has been an operating alluvial mining operation in Ghana under license from the Ghana government. The government cancelled the operator's contract with the existing operator two years ago due to reported non payment of moneys to the government, leaving the mine dormant. Tiger International has applied to the government to assume the operatorship with negotiations ongoing. Delays in moving forward have been due to the inability to travel to Ghana during the Covid 19 pandemic and lack of available vaccinations for our management, and the recent elections in Ghana after which some ministerial changes were anticipated. Yellow Fever vaccination is required for a foreigner in order to enter Ghana, and which has been unavailable from the local health authority due to "manufacturing problems". A French yellow fever vaccination has been deemed acceptable by the USFDA and when this, and the Pfizer Covid vaccination have been acquired, management will travel to Ghana.
Due diligence and data review by Tiger is required as well as arranging for production of a compliant NI 43-101 property report. Budgets for equipment will be made and financing needs addressed at that time.
Mr Stephen Osei-Wusu, a Ghana citizen who is resident in California, introduced Tiger to the opportunity and is assisting with negotiations. Mr. Osei-Wusu is anticipated to provide management assistance when a contract with the Ghana government has been finalized. While there is no contract with Mr. Osei-Wusu at this time, we anticipate his compensation will be included in sales revenue of product from the Akwatia Mine. Mr. Osei-Wusu is obtaining data for Tiger on other high potential diamond targets in Ghana for which the company plans to apply.
The typical method of production of alluvial diamonds is with using front end loaders which load media into a crusher which reduces gravel size, and then loading into a Diamond Sortex machine which runs gravels along a conveyor belt and detects diamonds with X-Ray detection. This technique is typically the fastest way to process high volume diamondiferous gravels.
Tiger International is an active resource company that is experienced in diamond exploration and production, having had an extensive diamond exploration project in South Australia and gained experience in diamond mining, production and processing.
