RE:The RealityI agree with Smokey...the dilution does nothing to the overall share structure, it takes care of some housekeeping and lets employees get their dues before this goes higher. The fact that entitiies are willing to take shares instead of cash shows a high trust in the future of the company and that the SP will go higher. Many times these deals are done much lower than the current SP and the fact that it is being done close to or higher is bullish.
The ducks are aligned and the real news will be explosive.
They have revenue coming in on their other products, especially the MINIUM $10million per year in Venowave sales.
They have entities willing to fund the production of AcuVid in order to get the product.
I think the US listing, sets up for the FDA news and production and sales announcements.
