That should read October 2, 2020 for the first rapid antigen test to be authorized by the FDA under the EUA. Abbott Labs was first authorized on March 31, 2021.

A HALT (based on positive expectations of course) would be a great start to Monday. It would be interesting to note whether there is a pattern in the day of the week that FDA authorization takes place. Regardless of the 34 rapid antigen test FDA EUA authorizations since March 31, 2021 the only one that has made in roads was Abbott Labs .....and they just completed destroying millions of test components and sent thousands of employees home.
Thete is still much room for another player ....AcuVid???
