The pro's at their screens all day work together based on placing bids and asks.  Especially asks that they know won't get triggered to push retail into the bid.  Even small amounts over time become large holdings.  They know they can pull the ask on a halt and FDA.  Low volumes do not necessarily mean that they aren't working together to accumulate.  Its ...more
