Subsequent events Subsequent to September 30, 2020, the Company sold a total of 1,154,000 common shares of Algernon at an average price of $0.39 per share and a total of 1,695,000 common shares of HAVN at an average price of $1.08 per share. On November 12, 2020, the Company purchased 2,857,143 units in the capital of Alpha Esports Inc. for a total cost of $1,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.50 per common share for a full warrant for up to two years from the date of issue
