$13 million in cash and no debt, at $0.46 you are paying $0.00 for the company with growing revenues and about to become profitable !!!

Went back and checked cash before the loan repayment . As of April 21 - Cash and cash equivalents decreased by $144,114 to $9,642,190. So yep . $13 million.

So what to do with the $13 million? Hard to believe people aren't thinking about the M&A that looks logical and could not possibly be more obvious--Titan Logix and TransRail. Who knows, eh? But it's almost like they just happen to be standing together at the alter not knowing quite what to do. Would there be a priest in the audience? ===== Might not be quite so simple as that.
