RE: close today

RE: close todayA, I thank you for the heads up on this potential investment. Questions arise, I compare ACG to BQI (is that a fair matchup?) and see where BQI which I have traded several times is the object of several investor lawsuits as it has promised shareholders much more than has been delivered. Yes, ACG has reserves, but how easily can the oil be extracted? How many more financings need to be done to build plant, pipeline etcetera? You may have found a winner, but in laymans terms just what are the chances and time frame of viable production?  Most of these oil shale endeavors,as with bakken, are ideas on paper with PR to bring attention to potential reserves in hopes of a buyout by a major. Is this the bottom line here? Go Duke and UNC.
