A merger would be good and a buyout would be better.   How about a one time special dividend to reward shareholders who continue to hold on.   Just wishful thinking.

Does there need to be news when the company has over 10 million in cash... and 40 million shares outstanding, which gives it $0.25 in cash ?  And we are trading at 9 cents? Seems crazy to me ...more

Hi there, I don't think having the share price at 1 dollar matters much to delisting, rather having an sufficient asset value about certain level may be the actual trigger. I am not quite sure how ...more

Delist?

The only way to prevent delisting is to have a reverse split to make the sp  higher in trading. That is 1 for ten would make the stock price become 1$ per share. However the is a down side for ...more
