RE:Amended offer... better CVRsWill go through now no problem.  Not a bad idea to pick up some shares here & get the CVR's for free.

Ties up the cash for a couple of months but seems like a no brainer.

This is still a great deal for Bellus & their stock is dirt cheap at .25, trading well below cash.
