Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

There is something odd about offering the SP at 0.44 with a very short closing period.
I think this is to drive up the demand and get the full allotment to 8 million. The short closing is interesting to say the least.
Not sure what to make of the warrants at 0.54 for 5 years with no clauses.

We shall see how the offering goes and then we can determine where the SP will settle. I have seen many companies do very well with the much needed injection of cash. This could be the stimulus to get things rolling with clinical trials and get the laser off the ground.

It could also be the conitnuation of the old tricks that some claim to have seen for years.
