Great news! A commercial drug to market...Once Theralase transforms their cancer therapy into an actual commercial drug product available to the world market I'm curious to see what transpires. Obviously the idea of a company buyout sounds amazing for a fair value for a new promising cancer treatment introduced to the world. Maybe a big pharma partnership to further conduct R&D or becoming a drug distributor and producer?
I would take the buyout offer with the stipulation that whoever knows the rights to this drug/therapy does not shelve it or end its program for self-benefiting developments.
What is interesting, if this works.....Roger becomes a billionaire. Now, the actual inventor of the drug: Sherri, what's her stake or reward? Was she given stock options or some kind of ownership in TLT? She licensed these PDCs to our company correct? This is her baby....
