RE:RE:Competition....nothing close to Theralase (as of today!)bionicjoe wrote: Competition is real. So real that on two separate Korelin shows RW alluded to the potential cause of the patient enrollment delays could stem from urologists recommending other clinical trials to their cancer patients. My guess is he wouldn't have said it if he didn't have first hand knowledge that it had affected his own trial. That's the CEO himself saying some patients on the advice of their specialists might be finding they have a better chance somewhere else. It would appear not every urologist and their desperate patients have seen the " light " yet like some SH posters.
There are many presentations of bladder cancer. Each patient will have a unique location of the cancer, specific symptoms and additional comorbidities that allow the Urologist to recommend the best treatment option for their specific condition.
There are also a plethora of clinical trials that may be available for their patients, not neccesarly related to just their bladder cancer. Many hospital ethics committees recomend only approaching patients for one study at a time to avoid conflict and overwhelming the patient with decisions.I feel it is a good thing that the PMH/UHN team is taking the time to perform clean studies like this, because PDT therapy really needs the scientific support to reach it's potential.
I read your posts from time to time because I appreciate an alternative view, but it really appears that you only have one motive for posting and it is consistent with the description of a basher. I mean, why would anyone wth such disdain for a company continue to post negativity. Most sane people that have been unsuccseful with something would just walk away. It must really burn your a$$ to see that goals are finally being attained.
Happy Easter you poor wicked soul.
