" STATEMENT OF ALLEGATIONS" as put out by the OSC. Just take a good read.
There are some on here who will blame everything or anything from Health Canada to Mother Theresa for the current status of this company. The one thing/person they will not blame is R. Dumoulin-White. The company President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board.. This guy is the Boss, he's the Skipper, the ultimate company authority. Nothing regarding this company is released in NR's until it has passed over his desk. He may not compose all of the NR's but his John Henry is on the final page.
Go over the NR's back to the start of 2014. there are a number which demonstrate significant Fwd Lkng BS screwups.
Oct 5/16 ITA update had to be filed with HC. They had several meetings with HC to determine requirements for ITA and they still screwed it up.
July 29/16 ITA filing with HC, on approval commence patients for phase 1b. (Yeah right).
Jan 14/16 Debut of TLC2000 in Las Vegas. State of the art device, no other like it. Dedicated marketing program. (How well did that turn out).
Nov 26/15 Launch in the USA of the TLC 2000. A Watershed Moment for the company. Significant revenue increase in 2016. (Oh Yeah).
Sept 18/15 Original submission to HC for ITA approval.
I could go on listing more issues but I'll leave it at that.
I don't believe there is anyone on here that so far has issues with the science, from medical neophytes to the more knowledgeable, (I belong in the first category) I have, in the past, like many here, been involved in leadership positions and have always felt that this combination of one person being the singular triumvirate is, in many cases destined for disaster.
