You need to re-run your numbers. Any PP investor that bought in with the thought of dumping the warrant and holding the stock shouldn't be an accredited investor. I am not saying it didn't happen, but the smart play would be to sell the stock and hold the warrant, this would create a capital loss. To sell the warrant and get a short term capital gain which would be taxed at 40-50% depending upon where you live it just dumb, and not worth the time to go thru the PP process/paperwork... I was in the PP and haven't sold anything, but as a PP investor, I am not very happy with the progress to date. I hope that changes soon, if I don't see anything before this investor meeting a few of my shares will be for sale as I would prefer to take the tax loss and buy back before the 90 day data. I am hoping the company comes thru and takes advantage of this time at the investor converefernce, but as of now, I don't believe they have made a good case for ppl to show up... Just my thoughts, I am sure I will be bashed for having an opinion...
