Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). I beleive they have to pay Mackie and Maxim for their services and that would take the number down. The laser part is where I see an issue. This is a losing proposition and will continiue going forward. I guess RDW will continue to push this forward. Love to know why we pay the CEO as his salary could be used for other things. Just have no one in that role as it does not matter anyway.

Would be great for Sherri to make a guest appearance at the AGM and tell everyone else that you are not needed.
