CNN Poll. only 1/2 Americans willing to take vaccine.
STAT-Harris Poll. Nov 10. Most citizens won't take vaccine unless it cuts risk in half.
Biden Dec 4. Vaccine will not be mandatory.
IMO it would be best for TLT( for at least the next 6 mos) to concentrate their best efforts in Canada, at least here we have a head start.
